The route will be from the trailhead parking area at the end of West Side Road in Mt. Rainier NP. We will walk up the road to the Lake George Trail, then follow it to Gobbler's Knob! Fire Lookout offers a dramatic view of the Mountain from a different perspective. Families are welcome!  The main 'challenge' will be the distance.

We will meet at the South Hill Park N Ride, Hwy 512 and 94th Ave E exit (from the west) at 7:30 AM. Then drive to Mt. Rainier NP, and up the West Side Road (packed dirt/gravel).
