Day Hike - Glacier Basin (Monte Cristo)

Monte Cristo is open this year to visitors, last year it was closed for clean up. We will continue through the old town site to Glacier Basin, about 2 mi. east of Monte Cristo.

Meet at the Barlow Pass trailhead at 8:00 AM. Those wanting to carpool, I can meet at 65th Park and Ride in Seattle or Ash Way Park and Ride at exit 183 off I-5. Email your preference to me, or suggest another site. I am coming from West Seattle and could meet there as well.

Monte Cristo is an old mining town. It will be interesting to see how it has changed through the years.
