Meet at the Lost Lake trailhead/parking in Larrabee State Park on Hwy 11 (Chuckanut Drive) at 9:00 a.m. This trailhead is on the east side of Hwy 11 north of MP 14 and the Whatcom County line. June 11, Wed. – Lost Lake Loop, (USGS Bow & Bellingham S., however Square One Map’s “Chuckanut Recreation Area” is far superior). Est. 10 mi. and 2,500+’ gross elev. gain. Our Wed. trip avoids the crowds. Route will go over the Cyrus Gates Lookout and down the new Rock Trail before circling Lost Lake and stopping at the spectacular viewpoint on Ender's Trail.
