Meet at 5:30 PM at the small parking area at the bottom of the stairs on the intersection of Forbes Creek Dr. and 108th Ave NE in Kirkland. Details will be sent prior to the event.

Stair climbing is one of the most efficient activities for improving leg strength and cardiovascular fitness. It's a great low-impact way to get your heart rate up in a short amount of time. We'll do some warm-ups together then you're free to do as many repetitions as you wish within 30-45 minutes at your own pace. Wear a weighted pack for a bigger challenge. Mask/neck gaiter and headlamp are required.
