Day Hike - Eunice Lake & Tolmie Peak Lookout

Tolmie Peak and Eunice Lake packed with eye popping views when it comes to scenery. Hike in shade until you reach the ridgeline and if a clear day, you'll see Mt St Helens to the south and Mt Baker to the north. The route is out and back and has great potential for wildlife viewing.

Bonney Lake Park & Ride: 9101 Sky Island Dr. E,  Bonney Lake 98391.  Meet up time is 8am.  On your own you can arrange carpooling if you wish or we can consolidate hikers at the park & ride.  One National Park Pass per vehicle is required.  From here we will travel to Mowich Lake Campground area.  The last 13 miles will be on a dusty gravel road but it's worth the effort.

 

Hike to an old fire lookout with in-your-face views of Mount Rainier and a sapphire blue lake below. Tolmie Peak and Eunice Lake pack a one-two punch when it comes to scenery.
