9:00 at Coupeville
A two-hike special! Ebey's Landing in the morning and option for afternoon hike at Ft Casey State Park. Slow to moderate-pace. Members only. Ebey's Landing - 4 mile loop, 240' gain. Sweeping coastal and mountain views from beach and high bluff, along and above Perego's lagoon, sightings of shorebirds and larger birds. Afternoon option at Ft Casey State Park - up to 4-5 miles, minimal gain. Explore beach, bluff and forest trails, and visit Admiralty Lighthouse. Cameras, binoculars encouraged ! Take 8:00am Mukilteo ferry to Clinton, then N to Coupeville. 20 minute advance arrival advised. Directions to Mukilteo ferry terminal (near Everett): From I-5 north, take exit 182, turn right onto ramp towards I-405/SR-525, and stay on for 0.2 miles. Take ramp (left) onto SR-525 (Hwy 99/Mukilteo) & drive 3.5 miles. Take left (north) onto SR-525 (Mukilteo Speedway), & drive 5.6 miles. Ferry terminal at 701 Front St.
