Day Hike - Ebeys Landing

Leisurely hike along the bluff and beach.

  • Easy
  • Easy
  • Mileage: 3.4 mi
  • Elevation Gain: 295 ft
  • High Point Elevation: 265 ft
  • Pace: 1.5 mph or slower

This is a good hike for people who don't hike very fast and need frequent rest stops! We're not trying to win any races. The point of this hike is just to get outdoors and get some exercise before prime hiking season hits!

If you have balance issues, hiking poles are recommended.

We will start our hike by walking along the bluff, then returning via the beach. We should be finished by lunch time and can have lunch on the ferry ride home, or we can stop somewhere on the island to eat (we'll decide that morning).

Meet at the 65th St. Park & Ride in Seattle at 7am and drive north to Mukilteo to catch the ferry (around 8am). Do not be late! We will only wait until 7:05am before we take off!

For those meeting us there, aim for 9am. This is a rough estimate, so keep in contact with me by text message (206-330-8124).
