This is a great early season hike with views of Kachess Lake, Mount Rainier, other peaks of the South Cascades, wildflowers and interesting rock formations. This will be lead at a moderate, steady pace. Sign up online or call clubhouse. Questions? Email me at ksykes123@aol.com. No phone calls after 8 pm but OK to call if you need to cancel or leave message (206-283-5086). DESTINATION CHANGE: I am changing the destination of this hike from Easton Ridge to the Bessemer Mountain Road and the CCC Road near North Bend. Snow is solid from 3400 feet on Easton Ridge so it's a no-go for a hike. We'll probably get into some snow on Bessemer Mountain Road but it's a long road walk (roads are more like trails than roads) and we can turn around when we like. Meeting time and place the same. Maps are Green Trails Mount Si and Green Trails Bandera though the road doesn't show that well. Please cancel with the clubhouse if you decide to cancel. Sorry about the change.
