10am Bear Ridge TH along Renton-Issaquah Road (SR 900) (see map below)
This hike is part of the Winter Conditioning Hike Series hosted by the Foothills branch. It is not part of a course or program. Like any other open hike, it is open to all Mountaineers members.
We will hike up the Bear Ridge Trail from SR 900, following West Fork Tibbetts Creek up to Tibbetts marsh and Klondike Swamp. We will then hike up to Anti-Aircraft Peak where, on a nice day, we will have a nice view of Lake Sammamish and Mt. Baker. We will hike down Shangri La Trail back to Bear Ridge Trail to complete a loop. Or do that loop reversed.
