9am Wilderness Creek TH

This hike is part of the Winter Conditioning Hike Series hosted by the Foothills branch. It is not part of a course or program. Like any other open hike, it is open to all Mountaineers members.

We will begin at Wilderness Creek TH and hike up and over Wilderness Peak. We will then hike past a large deep coal mine shaft and an abandoned clay pit, then up Anti-Aircraft Peak for hopefully a view of Mt. Baker and Lake Sammamish. We will hike back on some different trails to do somewhat of a loop.

Please note that if there is a Seahawks playoff game on this day or if the weather on Saturday 1/14 will be significantly better, then the hike will be moved up a day to Saturday 1/14. I will make that decision early in the week leading to the hike. But please be flexible!
