Day Hike - Dosewallips State Park

Hike the historic Steam Donkey Trail. The trail is part of the former Izett Lumber Company logging grades. This is an easy low elevation hike with a trip to the delta and estuary observation deck.

 A Discover Pass is needed to park at the State Park.  Good place to bring  binoculars and camera. The tide will be outward going at this time. After the hike we will be stopping at Whitney Gardens and Nursery in Brinnon to  enjoy the Rhododendrons in bloom.

Meet at the Quilcene  Ranger Station at 9:00 am. If all are there on time we will leave shortly after. If you are running late, pleases call me.
