We will meet at Dirty Harry's Balcony Trailhead at 8:30am . There is a perma potty there, but it may not be open because of COVID-19. You take Exit 38 and at the stop sign turn right and drive 1.8 miles. When road comes to a junction take a left and go under the freeway and you will see the trailhead sign and the perma-potty.
Friday is forecast to be nice weather and this is a fun hike. There are two places for great views. We will have stops as needed for clothing adjustments, hydration breaks or party separations (bathroom breaks). Please bring your Ten Essentials and hiking boots for the day. Please have a liter and a half of water for the day. I'll be sending out an e-mail a day or two before the hike to give further details.
Because of the COVID-19 protocols our trip is limited to 5 people and we all have to have masks or buffs for the day. We will practice social distancing on our hike and we will use our masks or buffs if people plan on passing too close to us.
