Leader's notes

This trail has good views of the Snoqualmie Valley and McClellan Butte if the day is fine. We plan to reach the first really good balcony. Bring a sack dinner. We will hike at a moderate pace (approx. 2 mph), our goal is to condition for summer hikes and return to the cars in daylight. All hikers must be capable of that pace and carry a headlamp just in case.
