Day Hike - Dewey Lake, Naches Peak Loop & Pacific Crest Trail
This is a spectacular hike which features stunning views of Mt. Rainier and a beautiful alpine lake. We will hike Naches Peak Loop Trail in the clockwise direction starting from the Chinook Pass trailhead. The loop trail is 3.4 miles with 500 feet elevation gain. A side trail drops 600 feet to Dewey Lake and is 2.4 miles round trip.

The group will meet at 9:30 at the Chinook Pass trail head. Restrooms are available at the trailhead. Trip details will be emailed after registration closes on September 17th.
From Enumclaw, drive east on State Route 410 (Chinook Pass Highway) to Chinook Pass (about 44 miles). Continue past Tipsoo Lake to Chinook Pass, go 0.2 mile east on 410 and turn left into the parking lot. Northwest Forest Pass is required. Restrooms are available at the trailhead.
