Day Hike - Deception Pass State Park

This naturalist trip will visit a couple of birding and early spring flower hotspots including Rosario Beach, Pass Island and North Beach. Our pace will be slow with frequent stops. There should be many early spring flowers for our enjoyment and celebration of a new flower season, and the bird life is not too shabby.

 9:45 AM at Rosario Beach parking lot. Discovery Pass required.

We will have a couple of scopes for the birding. Binoculars are recommended as are a magnifying loupe for flower and moss examination.
