Day Hike - Dash Point State Park

Let’s meet up at the parking lot at 9:00am for some urban hiking enjoying the last of the fall foliage and maybe spotting some mushrooms along the way. Trail length will be 4.8m with 500 ft elevation, rain or shine, but be prepared for some mud on the trails. Some of the trail is also shared with mountain bikers. Discover pass required. Directions are below. Look for my red Mazda cx-5 in the lot Access: From I-5 exit 143 drive west on S 320th Street for 6.2 miles. Then turn right onto 47th Ave SW and drive for 0.4 mile. Next turn left onto SR 509 and continue 0.9 mile. Then turn right in Dash Point State Park and drive 0.4 mile to large parking area at Beach Day-use area.
