We will meet at 8 am at the USDA Forest Service Office in Enumclaw to carpool to the trailhead. If you plan to drive yourself to the trailhead, please be there and ready to begin hiking by 9. I will send out a reminder email to participants a couple days in advance of the hike.
Please be in appropriate condition to be able to complete six miles with a 2,300 feet of elevation gain (starting at about 3,400 feet above sea level). We will stop for clothing adjustments and short breaks along the way, as needed, going at a slow(ish) to moderate and steady pace. If you’re someone who likes to go super fast, this may not be the hike for you. :)
