9:00am Red Town Trailhead:

Foothills Winter Conditioning Hike. This hike is not part of a course and is open to everyone.

A loop hike along Coal Creek then up to Marshall's Hill, the western summit of the park. Then we will drop back down to Coal Creek then up again to Coal Creek Falls then loop back to the trailhead. Minimal views, but a great network of trails.

Pace will be a steady 2.5 mph on average, and closer to 3 mph downhill, with minimal breaks. We will have the option of extending the mileage if group desires.

Face mask required to have on you. Group sized capped at 8.

Hike will go rain or shine, unless heavy/constant rain is forecasted. In that event, hike will be cancelled or could be moved to Thursday
