9am Bear Ridge TH. Directly across highway from house at 8324 Renton Issaquah Rd SE, Issaquah, WA 98027

The parking pullout is small and box-shaped, so we may have to double park. Also some room to park on shoulder across the street. I will try to be there early to help direct people. 

Foothills Winter Conditioning Hike. This hike is not part of a course and is open to everyone.

Hike up Bear Ridge Trail to Tibbetts Marsh and Klondike Swamp, then up Lost Beagle Trail to Anti-Aircraft Peak for view of Lake Sammamish and Mt. Baker on a clear day. Descend Shangri-La Trail to loop back to Bear Ridge Trail.

We will be at a steady pace with limited breaks. Lunch break will be when we return to the cars after the hike. Pace will be up to 2.5 mph uphill and up to 3 mph downhill.

Capping capacity at 8 participants due to limited parking at this trailhead.

Hike will go rain or shine, unless heavy/constant rain is forecasted.
