0800 at Chambers Bay park north parking lot (near the playground)

From the north Chambers Bay parking lot we will use a variety of side streets to follow the hillsides north to Titlow Beach and back. Possible side trip to loop tiny Day Island. My goals for this trip are as follows:

1.  Be safe.

2. Get a good workout.

3. Explore the neighborhoods between Chambers Bay and Titlow Beach.

My expectations for trip participants are:

1. Follow Leave No Trace principles.

2. Be respectful of all participants.

3.  Be comfortable with urban hiking on concrete.

4. Have the necessary physical conditioning for this trip. No big elevation gains, just lots of ups and downs as we follow various roads.

5.  Have the necessary gear and clothing for winter hiking (warm clothes, rain gear).
