Cedar Butte (Olallie State Park)


Day Hike - Cedar Butte (Olallie State Park)

We will do two hikes Cedar Butte (Easy and gentle) and Stegosaurus Butte (Strenuous and Steep) [Priority to Vineeth and Manisha's Basic SIG] [Priority to Kelly Gaddis and Jim Nelson's Basic SIG]

We will meet at Green Lake Park and Ride at 7AM/7.30AM at Issaquah Park and Ride (depending on the roster). 


This will be two hikes in two different trail heads. You can choose to join for one or both these hikes. 

Plan is to start at the Cedar Butte Trail head around 8.30AM. Complete the hike by 10.45-11.00AM. Drive over to Stegosaurus Butte trail head and start hiking by 11.30AM. 

Weather is expected to be good on Saturday, so why not bag both peaks if weather stays good. 

For people in the Basic Climbing SIG's please feel free to load your backpacks for conditioning. 

Microspikes would be recommended. Poles definitely for people joining in the Stegosaurus Butte hike
