Meet at 6:30 a.m. at the Chuckanut Park & Ride to consolidate carpools for the drive up Hwy 20 and the Cascade River Rd. to the trailhead. Exit I5 at MP 231, Chuckanut Drive exit to the east. At the traffic circle drive south on Burlington Blvd. In a short distance turn right into the P&R. The P&R is between Burlington Blvd and I5 just south of the interchange.

Aug. 23, Friday – Cascade Pass & Sahale Arm, (GT 10, Cascade Pass, Up to 12 mi. & 4,200’+ elev. gain. Miss the weekend crowds and enjoy this classic trip in a spectacular area of the North Cascades. Pace will be moderate with breaks for views and snacks. A treat to share is welcome. Hint the leader likes cookies. Party limit is 8. Meet at 6:30 a.m. at the Chuckanut Park & Ride, MP 231, Chuckanut Drive exit on the east side of I5 just south of the interchange to consolidate carpools for the drive up Hwy 20.
