Weekly Evening Walk/Energizer at Capital Lake, 5:30 – 6:30 (E) (no map needed) 1.5 mi. around the lake (North Basin Shoreline Trail), 0' gain. OR: Gain 95’ up the Heritage Park Hillside Trail (10-12% incline) to the Capital and 0.9 mi. round trip. Get some exercise at your own pace with people of similar interests, whether once or twice around the lake or up and down the Hillside Trail a few times. Meet at 5:30 PM on the sidewalk at the Heritage Park Building (across the street from the entrance to the Water Street Café). Look for the orange bike flag. Bring weather appropriate outer wear and walking shoes because part of the path is gravel. Non-members welcome. No Pets.
