Day Hike - Cape Horn

Hike #1 of 3 hikes in the Columbia Gorge area. Date changed from 11/1/24 due to weather. Please read leaders notes.

Accommodations are up to you, but the leader is planning to camp at Beacon State Park.  Price is $25/night.  Many sites are for 2 cars and up to 8 people.  Discover Pass required at Beacon State Park.   Very bad weather will cancel the trip so please be prepared for this as you may lose your camp fee if you stay there.

Trip #2 will be Tunnel Falls via Eagle Creek Trail.  Trip #3 will be Hamilton Mtn & Rodney Falls
