  • Elevation Gain: 2,000 ft

Meeting place TBD. Seattle and Issaquah are likely.

This is a B3 mentoring group G activity. We'll bring our backpacking gear and camp out overnight, putting it all to a full test. If you don't have all the gear, we'll pre-arrange to share or borrow gear. We'll also hike up Baldy, with a day back or backpack as you like. We'll try to be home by mid to late afternoon Sunday.

Bonus: the leader is an amateur geologist (emphasis on the word "amateur") and will share various observations as opportunities and interests permit. The location has a lot of wonderful geology features that will help us to see our world (especially mountains) more comprehensively.

Group G gets first access to the trip, but others are welcome.
