7:30am Verlot Public Service Center (Ranger Station) 

33515 Mountain Loop Hwy, Granite Falls, WA 98252

We will hike the Walt Bailey Trail past Cutthroat Lakes and up to the summit of Bald Mountain for a great view down to Spada Lake reservoir and out to the peaks beyond it. The summit of Bald may involve some light scrambling but there should be a path all the way up.
