Meet at 10:00 am on Saturday, March 6, at the Sno-Park at Lake Easton State Park.  Drive Interstate 90 to Easton Exit 70 (located 17 miles east of Snoqualmie Pass.   Head east on the south side of the freeway for 0.6 mile before making a right turn into the  park.  Continue straight to the main road for 0.1 mile then take a right and head back west for 0.5 mile.  Pass the first parking lot to the second which has heated restrooms. 

Drivers will need Sno-Park Passes which can be purchased on-line. 

  

This is an easy instructional tour for students in the Everett Branch Nordic Ski course.  This will enable them to complete their ski tour requirement.   Others are welcome.   Course content will be reviewed and basic skiing skills will be practiced.

  • 10 essentials (include extra gloves)
  • Day packs with room to carry extra layers of clothing.
  •  Snopark permit (can be purchased on line)
  • Liquids
  • Lunch & snacks
  • Something to sit on when we stop for lunch
  • Face masks
  • A good attitude
