Cross-country Ski - Erling Stordahl

Meet me at the “East Sunset Trailhead” parking lot in Issaquah at 7:30 AM. It is 100 yards south of I-90 at exit #18.  The address is 665 E Sunset Way, Issaquah, WA   47.52996,-122.02562   We will carpool from there to the trailhead.

If you are coming up SR-18, we can meet you in North Bend at the former golf course at the start of the road up to Rattlesnake Lake.  I-90, Exit 32, go south 100 yards then turn right into parking lot. 47.47138,-121.7584

NOTE:  I have a snowpark pass, but prefer  to only drive a single extra person.  If you have a pass and can drive, please say so in the registration notes.

 The snowpark is currently free of snow so any car can drive there with no issues.  A daily snowpark pass is 20 dollars and can be purchased in North Bend at the Chevron by the Mac Donald's.

At a moderate pace, we will ski the mostly flat trails around the snowpark, such as Erling Stordahl and the Paloose To Cascades toward Hyak.  If it is pretty cold, we might come back to the cars for lunch.  But more likely we will stay outside all day.

Bring a sit-pad, a warm hat and an extra jacket.
