Postponed to following weekend in hopes of more favorable weather conditions -- may also selects a different route along the I-90 corridor due to current low snowpack at Blewett Pass Blewett Pass Area –Diamond Head 12KM distance 1000M elevation gain. Ascend via front side route and descent the attractive open slope on the NE. Well behaved dogs welcomed. Skins, beacon, shovel and probe expected. Note: The trip database lists this as N4 -- but the route I'm planning is really more in the M1-M2 category of difficulty, so I expect everyone to have avalanche skills and gear as well as ski gear and skills for skiing a single black type run at a lift ski area without difficulty.
