Evening of March 15 in Black Rock Campground. Please arrange for your own transportation.

By Invitation only. Do no sign up unless you have explicit leader permission.

This is a cragging outing. Participants need to be able to follow 5.7 safely. It is not necessary for participants to lead climb, though they are encouraged if they want to do so.

Participants need to bring their own climbing equipment including a rope (70m preferred) and at least one 30ft 7mm cordelette plus 4-5 locking carabiners. I will send a more detailed equipment list before the trip.

We will be renting coolers, camping chairs and kitchen items for Joshua Tree Outfitters - rental cost will be shared among participants. Participants need to bring a tent, sleeping bag and pad. Some of the participants will need to share their tent (there are restrictions on the number of tents per site) so please coordinate with other participants if possible.

Participants need to arrange for their own transportation. Please coordinate with other participants regarding rental cars as parking is limited in the campground.

We will meet the evening of March 15 in Black Rock Campground.  We have sites #24 and #26.
