Basic Climbing students do not need leader permission to register. Priority registration is open to Tacoma Basic Climbing students through 2/18; students from other Basic Climbing programs may register after that date. 

Tacoma Basic Climbing conditioning standards are from the trailhead to the base of the rocks (~3,150 ft) in under 2:20 with a 30+ lb pack. Wear your mountaineering boots. Students from other branches should follow their program’s conditioning guidelines. Packs will be weighed at the trailhead, so bring extra water in case you need to add weight. This conditioner will be done at your own pace, so please ensure you have the fitness to complete it in the allotted time.

Meet at 1230 at the Mt. Si Trailhead parking lot next to my car. I drive a White Mazda CX-30. Moving on the trail by 1245. Make sure you have your Discover pass.
