Early conditioner for students and leaders. Pick your own weight to carry. Realize that at the Everett Basic Climbing February 7th Conditioning Field Trip students will be expected to start with 40 pounds. Water works well as training weight as you can dump it if necessary.
Mount Si Main Trailhead. Be ready to hike at 9AM.
