Meeting place will be the South Hill Park-n-ride at 94th St. SW & 104th St. E, Puyallup, WA. Please park in the southwest corner of the parking lot. We will meet to consolidate into carpool groups and conduct a weather briefing prior to leaving the parking lot.
Please note, all vehicles entering the Mt. Rainier National Park are required to possess tire chains in the vehicle, regardless if the vehicle is AWD or 4WD. In addition, there is a entrance fee to obtain entrance to the park to split equally amongst all occupants of the vehicle.
As with all winter winter trips, weather and avalanche conditions may change the route and destination or even cancel the trip due to safety concerns.
This trip is geared to be a singles activity to enjoy the outdoors by all. Pace will slower than normal.
