8: AM at Cook Road Park and Ride
Cook Road Park and Ride is 20 miles South of Bellingham of of I5 at Exit 232. From the north, cross over the highway and park in the strip along the south east side of Old Highway 99. Trip is out of the Verlot area; trailhead elevation is about 1800 feet, so be prepared to hike a bit if snow levels are high. Avalanche potential low to moderate.
