Seattle Yacht Club (1807 E Hamlin St, Seattle, WA 98112), dock 3 gate a little before 6pm.

OK to park in the SYC parking lot, then walk down to the docks.  I'll meet you at the dock 3 gate.  This is the dock-side training session which should take no longer than two hours max.  We won't be heading out onto the water this time, but be prepared with appropriate clothing layers to be topside and discuss boat handling, line handling, sail handling, etc.  Comfortable shoes with non-marking soles highly recommended.
