Due to I'm leading a snowshoe class at Mt. Rainier during the daytime, I will be meeting the group at the Longmire Visitor's Center at Mount Rainier National Park for this moonlight trip @ 5:00 pm.

This is a moonlight trip, please have a good working headlamp and extra batteries for this trip.  The pace will be slow, due to Moonlight trip designed for beginners.  While the trip starts off in the forest, we will move out into the open basin of the Nisqually River and trek up to base of Ricksecker Point to gain the best photo's and take advantage of the natural light.  Basic Snowshoe students are given first priority for this trip.
