An easy, 6 mile snowshoe trip in Mount Rainier National Park with 900 feet of elevation gain from scenic Narada Falls to the peaceful Reflection Lakes.

9:00am at Longmire parking lot at Mount Rainier National Park (MRNP).

Please feel free to make carpool arrangements to Longmire among yourselves.

All vehicles are required to carry tire chains when traveling in the park during the winter season (November 1 - May 1).  This requirement applies to all vehicles (including four-wheel drive), regardless of tire type or weather conditions.

The MRNP single vehicle entrance fee is $30, or you and all occupants of your vehicle can gain entry to the park by showing one of the entrance passes.

This is a mentored trip for Bob McFarland.

This will be an easy-going trip with several brief stops, but we will move with purpose when moving.  Students of the Basic Snowshoe Course from any branch are welcome and encouraged to participate.
