Opportunity to explore the excellent Mt. Tahoma Trail network. The groomed route follows a wide forest road, up and up - a steep and steady ascent that leads to cozy High Hut, and panoramic views of Mt. Rainier and the surrounding country. The overall length depends on whether conditions allow us to start from the upper Sno-Park (gain of 1700') or lower Sno-Park lot (gain of 2350'). Depending on conditions, we may take an alternate, off-trail route on the way down.
