Monday snowshoe trip up Kendall Ridge!

COVID-19: Learn about our most up-to-date guidance for participants and leaders on our COVID-19 Response page. All participants and leaders must agree to the COVID-19 Code of Conduct before participating in this Mountaineers activity.

  • Mileage: 5.0 mi
  • Elevation Gain: 1,200 ft

Please be ready to go at 9:00am at the Gold Creek Sno-park trailhead.

Take Exit 54 off of I-90 (2 miles east of Snoqualmie Pass), turn left, and cross under the interstate. A few hundred feet north of the interchange, turn right onto a narrow paved road and drive east paralleling I-90 one mile. Cars generally line both sides of this road, because the shoulder is the primary parking area for the long Gold Creek Sno-Park.  Sno-park pass required for each car. An email will go out the evening before the trip with more details.

This will be a conversational-paced snowshoe trip where the group will pace to the slowest person; however, all participants should have a decent fitness base to handle the elevation and the mileage.  Everyone is expected to wear a face covering when passing others on the trail  and when within 6 feet of anyone in our group. Photography welcome as long as it is quick and efficient
