Meet at 7:00 am at Preston P&R. We'll establish carpools and head out to Exit 54 Gold Creek SNO PARK.
Sno-park permit required at the parking area for each vehicle. Day pass $20 / Annual pass $40.
We'll start from the Gold Creek SNO PARK and hike along the forest road to first Kendall Knob and have lunch. The pace will be fairly leisurely at around 1.5 mph but with enough elevation gain to make it a challenge.
First Kendall Knob: 7 mi, 1,700 ft gain round trip
