Before you email to ask permission to join the roster, please make sure you've read about this climb. Also, please tell me a little about your experience and comfort and rock. Thank you! :)

Although the classification of "basic rock climb" is accurate as far as technical difficulty is concerned, there are two components which make this a climb that is suited for BAC students who are moderately to very comfortable on rock: the "airy step" on pitch 3, and a free-hanging first rappel. These are great experiences for all rock climbers to have, but if you consider yourself still a little hesitant on rock, this is probably not  the best first rock climb for you.

As always, a weather-dependent trip! Will try to have a backup option in mind but please be prepared for the possibility of a weather-related cancellation.

Hairpin turn, 7:30am. More info to come.
