When seeking leader permission, please note your conditioning activities. I expect participants to be able to maintain 1000ft gain per hour with minimal stops carrying an overnight pack and group gear. This climb also requires you to be comfortable scrambling exposed Class 3/4 rock. With multiple qualified candidates, I will prioritize those who are needing a glacier climb to graduate.
