First day we will camp at Peggy's pond. Early start, then make our way onto the Lynch Glacier low down, summit, then descend the scramble route and back to cars.

  • Moderate
  • Mileage: 16.0 mi
  • Elevation Gain: 5,000 ft
  • Pace: Moderate

My leadership style is casual. We will sort gear at the TH. The biggest challenge will likely be routefinding to get on the Lynch Glacier. I am looking for all participants to know the route and to be able to navigate. It is OK if this is your first glacier climb.

Priority for students and rope leaders will be for Everett Basic and Intermediate students until about a week before the climb.

If the weather looks bad for these dates, I may have to change the schedule.

TBD. Carpool if possible. May need high-clearance vehicles.
