TBD

Please do not contact or request permission until registration opens. Rope leaders can request permission starting on Feb 1st.

This isn't a good first trip for basic climbing students, please only request to sign up if you have experience with long backpacks/scrambles (preferably with a bicycle). While the glacier travel portion is short, the approach is very long and strenuous (10,000 ft of gain in the first two days with 38 total miles of hiking), so your fitness and gear need to be dialed in. When requesting leader permission, please share with me your level of recent conditioning and backcountry camping experience.  Please also include your experience traveling on steep snow and exposed rock scrambling terrain. This is definitely a trip you need to be training for! Lastly, the climb involves a bike approach along the Dosewallips River road, so please acknowledge you have read this section on your leader permission request.
