Good fitness is a must for this strenuous but rewarding deep alpine climb. Be prepared for a long second day as we try to tag both peaks.

When contacting the leader, please provide some details on this season's training and any long hikes or approaches you've done in the past. Depending on interest, conditioner hikes could be scheduled in April/May if you haven't been able to complete one prior to sign-up.
