Early season single day climb of Unicorn. Preference to Taylor / Eades SIG until registration opens then anyone can join

MUST have passed Mt. Si fitness test (Hike finished in 2 hours bringing 25 pounds in your pack) and all relevant course work prior to signup.

Single day climb of Unicorn. Bring your rock gear along with crampons and ice axe

If the road is not melted out we will leave from the Narada falls parking lot which adds some elevation and time to the day.  We will adjust the meeting time as needed to account for this.

  • Mountain boots that can accept crampons (not hiking boots)

  • An ice axe (not technical ice tools)
  • A back pack (40 to 60 liters)
  • Webbing and accessory cords
