Meet at the Bench Lake trailhead and be ready to go at 7:00AM sharp. Feel free to camp at Cougar Rock campground the night before.
Try to carpool, I will provide the names and email addresses of people that sign up. Bring everything you need for a one day alpine climb including ice axe and crampons.

- Mountain boots that can accept crampons (not hiking boots)
- Crampons
- An ice axe (not technical ice tools)
- A back pack (40 to 60 liters)
- Webbing and accessory cords
- 6 straight gate carabiners
- 2 locking carabiners
- Large pear-shaped carabiner
- Belay device
- Climbing harness
- Helmet
- Chock pick (nut tool)
- Rescue pulley
- Fleece or puffy jacket
