Basic Alpine climb in early season, really just a snow scramble a few weeks later (or class 2  rocks in the summer).  We will carry a rope and place pickets above the gap.  We may be carrying snowshoes on the approach as well.  The approach itself is a steep muddy mess (on a good day) - think Mailbox but steeper and with fixed ropes.

Distance and elevation may be higher if we can't drive to the trailhead.

Trip will be canceled if there is significant snow during the week (the route goes straight up a gully)
