Basic Glacier Climb - Mount Baker/Coleman Glacier

This is a mentored lead for Juliet Liu. Priority for current basic students. No inquiries before May 1,please.This is a strenuous one day climb with 16 miles and 5200' elevation gain.

We will meet the evening before at the TH to ensure an early start.

A backup climb is scheduled for June 6 in case the weather does not cooperate. Anybody wanting to sign up for this climb needs to be available on both dates.

This is a very long one day climb with 16 miles round trip. Basic students need to be unusually fit in order to be able to participate.
