Please read Sue Shih's trip report before asking for permission! Plan on a 16-18 hour day.  I will be camping the night before somewhere closeby

When requesting permission make sure to do some research on this peak and decide if it's the right trip for you.  I generally have a "faster than moderate" pace when hiking on trail and easy scrambling terrain (Generally 2.5 mph and 1200' gain per hour).  In exposed terrain we will take our time in order to be safe.  If you have any questions, please let me know.

Trip is dependent on the road opening, there may not be an alternate trip if the road is washed out.
